Northside Community Resources (NCR), a 65+ year old nonprofit community service agency located in Chicago’s Rogers Park neighborhood, receives $325,000 Grant from the US Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to implement a new Fair Housing program on the North side of Chicago.
